our active inventory ranges from compact 2 bhk apartments at abhiram city to 4 bhk riverfront residences at parwati heights. vrindavan dham offers boutique 2 & 3 bhk towers, and gokuldham city offers freehold plots from 1,200 to 3,600 sqft.

is rera approval in place for every project?

yes. every swansgreen residence is fully rera-registered. our umbrella registration number is brerap194328061225250932e00, and project-specific registration is shared with you at booking and visible on every brochure.

which banks are pre-approved for home loans on these projects?

sbi, hdfc, icici, axis, lic housing finance and pnb housing have all approved one or more of our residences. our booking desk can introduce you to a relationship manager and walk you through indicative emis.

can the unit be customised - finishes, layout, joinery?

within structural limits, yes. if you book before the slab on your floor is cast, our principal designer can rework non-load-bearing walls, change the bath layout, switch your wood palette, or upgrade specific finishes. customisation requests are best raised at booking.
